Everyone is so nice - I am happy to walk into the place. They seem truly interested in what will help my knee to feel better, and adjust my PT work until it does. Everyone is quite knowledgeable and good at explaining what needs to be worked. Of course, connection with people is going to be different for every one of us, but I would certainly encourage everyone to try coming here.

My knee is much less swollen and feels much better. The staff are professional and great to work with. I look forward to my visits.

This place is amazing! My doctor recommended knee replacement surgery, I told him I wanted other options. I called Spruce Health Group they gave me the Hyaluronic acid injections, a Tens 3000, and I got the unloader knee brace. (Before) I wasn't able to work because I was in so much pain. (After) I was able to get a job and I can do most activities without pain. I highly recommend coming here before getting surgery.

This office (Aurora, CO) is so helpful and friendly. I drive across town even tho there are 2 offices that opened closer to me due to the care I receive.

Brian is very knowledgeable! He is very good at listening and helping you improve from the minute you get to see him. He explains everything he does and why he does it and also is very understanding and has you do exercises in different ways that give you the full benefit of strengthening and stretching parts of your body that need it. I always look forward to each session we have even though it stretches me sometimes more than I'd like it to. But I also know that in the end, I'll be a stronger and healthier person by following his advice.

Megan is a great rehabilitation person to work with. She makes it fun while I'm getting stronger.

Great experience! I had a lot of pain walking, standing and sleeping with one of my knees in particular. The very first shot I got on my knee from Jennifer my nurse, the pain was immediately gone! I literally cried, it had been 2 and a half years since I had pain on this knee and now it was almost as if the knee was a brand-new knee. I had a total of 5 shots on each knee. I cannot thank Ari and all of the staff for your support and effort to help me get better. I HIGHLY recommend.

My experience was awesome! The staff is great and explained every facet of what was going to be done! Dr. Shults was very professional and cared about my well being! She made me feel comfortable about the procedure! My knees haven’t felt this good in years! The experience I had with spruce health group was amazing it was a game changer. I used to literally have to walk slow when I used to get up in the mornings to take a shower. Now I hop out of my bed, skip to the shower because of the amazing work that they do at Spruce Health Group. The workers there are super super nice awesome people. I highly recommend it. My Rheumatologist referred me for knee replacement surgery, I wanted another option then I found this amazing place. I got 3 injections of Hyaluronic acid I noticed a big difference after the second injection it really helps to relieve my pain and has given me better mobility, even through the snow storm. After a negative experience at a different facility offering similar services, I found (Spruce Health Group). (The Clinic Manager) answered all my billing and insurance questions patiently, thoroughly and professionally. She got a printout showing exactly what was required and an estimate of what my cost would be after Medicare. (The Nurse Practitioner) explained the injections - how they worked, what it might feel like, and a range of possible results. She fitted me with an unloading knee brace and helped me adjust it until it was correct. (The Physical Therapist) joined the team recently and his manipulation, prescribed exercises, and IFC electrical stimulation have improved my flexibility and balance in just the first 3 weeks of treatment. Most importantly, his clear explanations of the muscle group each intervention targets provide motivation for me to practice the exercises with good form. Along with their individual skills, the team makes the office a welcoming and fun environment! I’m certain the camaraderie and laughter contributes to my healing. Injectable therapy for shoulders has noticeably reduced chronic pain levels. (Spruce Health Group) staff...are very professional, friendly and accommodating. Recommend without any hesitation.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. Very friendly and helpful. The treatments were mostly pain free and have helped alleviate my arthritis knee pain. Its not perfect but so much improved that I have been able to get back to my daily activities without the need for any OTC pain meds.

So helpful, good listening, makes me feel comfortable, with everything explained very thoroughly and clearly, so that non medical folks can understand. And the treatments (some covered by insurance and some very reasonably priced out of pocket) are really making a huge difference!

I can attest to it. I skied all winter and I'm a rock climber and a cyclist as well. I'm doing a lot of activities that use load on the knee and I have had weeks on end where this knee felt absolutely like it was a fresh knee, you know, a 20-year-old knee. Which is amazing! I'm 72 years old so it's amazing that my knee can feel that good.

This place is Amazing. Every single person in this office is genuinely very kind and nice. I was so scared of getting an injection and it was truthfully no pain at all. Give them a chance it's well worth it!!!

I received 5 shots in both knees after bad pain for the past couple of months. Maggie Reardon was so great with the shots, and I had no pain from them. My last shot was on the 8th of July, and so far every thing is great. Thank you to the Staff of Spruce Health Group.

She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very good at explaining what was going on with the knee injection therapy - time will tell how well it works. Great location. Their team knows their stuff and my left knee joint pain has completely disappeared. Everything they do is completely non-surgical and non-invasive. I would recommend them to other people suffering from knee pain who don't want to resort to surgery.
