I’m so happy to have found Spruce Health Group in Littleton. I come with a complicated medical history and they treat me extremely well listening to my extensive history! I am getting started with everything diabetes/metabolic and knee joint care to start weight loss and more later. After doing much research on the Vampire Facial, I flew here from Ontario, Canada for the procedure. I was extremely satisfied! The staff are incredible and make you feel very comfortable. I just had shoulder surgery. I lucked out and found Physical Therapy close to home. The staff were all very friendly. Spencer Frenchman did all my sessions but one during the whole recovery process. He told me I would be able to keep my very physically demanding job. He adapted all my exercises to my duties performed at work. He showed me what I needed to strengthen. He was great. If I needed more working on the table or more exercise, he would listen to me. I am now very grateful for all Spencer helped me with so I could keep working my job.
