As an original founder and managing partner Shawn Barrieau has provided guidance, financing and executive leadership to our clinics in the greater Denver area and beyond since our inception. Prior to becoming CEO of the Colorado based clinics, his most recent focus has been at our sister company Restore Wound Care which offers unique application and treatment for chronic wounds in a mobile environment along the Front Range.

As a lifetime entrepreneur he has grown organizations and teams with vision, leadership and open communication. Shawn also serves as a partner of a boutique investment banking group HQ’s in Houston, Arrowhead Group has provided capital for US companies in technology, energy, healthcare, B2B services and beyond since 2006. With vast experience in strategic partnerships, Shawn is focused on leading the growth at Spruce Health Group and finding unique and life changing healthcare solutions that will deliver on our mantra of #HealthyMetabolism, #HealthyMobility and #HealthyLiving.
