Autumn Radabaugh graduated from Purdue Global with her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She has been working in Healthcare for the last 20+ years. She started her career in the clinical setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She continued to grow her career as a Physician Recruiter and transitioned to Operations 4 years ago. Autumn Radabaugh is a process-driven leader with expertise in patient experience, compliance, and team building.

Autumn is currently attending the University of Maryland. She will graduate this year with her Master of Business Administration (MBA). Autumn is the mother of 2 boys who keep her busy at sporting events. She enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her amazing husband.
