She moved to Colorado in 2007 from Alabama where she was born and raised. She soon found her “home” in Colorado and discovered she was more of an outdoorsy person than first expected. She found her new passion of Kayaking and hiking and spends as much time on the water and in the mountains as she can during the warmer months. She is a huge advocate for Animal Rights groups as well as the Til Valhalla Project
bringing awareness to Veteran Suicide. Most of all she has enjoyed this beautiful state and raising her six children here. Now all adults, they have all completed college and found their own paths in life.
