Family Nurse Practitioner
Holly Jacobsen is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelors in Biology from the University of Montana and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University.
Working in the Colorado Springs clinic, she will be assisting patients with #HealthyMetabolism, #HealthyMobility, and #HealthyLiving.
Holly Jacobsen has a total of over 18 years of experience working in healthcare. She started as a CNA where she got experience working in the nursing home and hospital. She also has experience as a nurse working in the ICU and Labor and Delivery settings.
Holly is part of a military family and has lived in Colorado Springs since 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and 4 dogs. She also enjoys taking trips back home to Montana, and traveling.
