Erin Roark is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of nursing experience, including critical care, emergency medicine and ENT/facial plastics and reconstruction.

Erin Roark received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013 from the University of Colorado.

When it comes to treating patients, Erin is committed to providing the highest quality, evidence-based care to provide the best possible outcomes and patient quality of life.

When not working, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. She also has a small candle company and enjoys crafting.
